At BCHerb, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped. However, we know things don’t always go as planned, and our team is here to help on a case-by-case basis.
Standard Policy
- All sales are considered final once your order has been processed and shipped.
- For health, safety, and compliance reasons, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.
Shipping Insurance (Recommended)
To give you extra peace of mind, we offer an optional shipping insurance service for a small fee at checkout.
- If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will honor a replacement or credit.
- Shipping insurance does not cover situations where a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is later stolen or goes missing from your property (e.g., from a doorstep, mailbox, or lobby).
- If you do not select shipping insurance, we will still do our best to assist, but resolutions may be limited.
Case-by-Case Exceptions
If you encounter an issue such as:
- Receiving the wrong product
- A damaged shipment
- A missing item in your order
Please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review your situation carefully and do our best to find a fair solution, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.
